Full Turnkey PCB Assembly Service

Turnkey PCBA means XFPCB fabricates the bare board, sources components from your approved BOM, assembles SMT/THT and inspects the finished boards - so purchasing is not juggling three vendors for one revision.

What Turnkey Covers at XFPCB

A turnkey order typically includes PCB fabrication, component purchasing against manufacturer part numbers, stencil, SMT and/or through-hole assembly, and agreed inspection. Consigned parts can still be mixed in when you prefer to supply critical ICs yourself.

We are a Shenzhen manufacturer working to ISO 9001:2015 quality management. Share destination country, preferred brands and any no-substitutes lines early.

Turnkey Order Workflow

File & BOM review

DFM on the PCB, AVL check on the BOM, and flag long-lead or NRND parts before you commit.

PCB fab + kitting

Boards are fabricated while parts are purchased or received from your kit; shortages are reported early.

Assembly

SMT/THT per the mixed plan; polarity and DNP notes controlled on the traveler.

Inspection & ship

AOI/X-ray/functional checks as agreed, then export packing for your destination.

Turnkey Control Points

  • Approved vendor list and no-sub flags are respected during purchasing.
  • PCB revision on the board must match the BOM revision released for assembly.
  • Shortage and alternates are communicated before the line is scheduled.
  • Inspection scope is written into the quote so first articles are judged fairly.

Full Turnkey PCB Assembly Service FAQs

What is included in full turnkey PCBA?

Typically bare PCB fabrication, component sourcing from your BOM, SMT/THT assembly, stencil and the inspection steps listed on the quote. Functional test fixtures are quoted separately when needed.

Can I consign some parts and buy the rest?

Yes. Mark consigned lines clearly. We kit your parts with purchased parts after incoming inspection.

How do you handle part shortages?

Long-lead and unavailable MPNs are flagged during review with alternates when your AVL allows. We do not silently substitute restricted parts.

Is XFPCB ISO certified?

Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Share any additional industry standards your product requires so we can discuss inspection and documentation scope.
